How to Make Company Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 onion wedges (from a small onion)
  • 4 cups herb-flavored stuffing mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets (thawed if using frozen)

Directions:

  1. Add chicken broth, garlic, and onion wedges to a large pot.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the pot and bring everything to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
