How to Make Iowa Party Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles (mild or medium)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
- Place the tortilla chips on the sheets, cup side up, close together so they don’t tip over.
