How to Make Potato Kielbasa Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1½ pounds potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup diced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup peeled and diced carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
