How to Make Heaven in a Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 package fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box to prepare)
• 2 packages (13 ounces each) miniature peanut butter cups
• 4 cups cold 2% milk
• 2 packages (5.1 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cartons (8 ounces each) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions. Bake and let it cool. Once cooled, cut into small pieces.
2. Cut the peanut butter cups into quarters. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the cold milk and pudding mixes for about 2 minutes or until it thickens. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
4. Fold in one carton of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
5. In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, layer half of the brownies, half of the pudding mixture, and half of the peanut butter cups. Repeat the layers.
