Icing:

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Add milk, melted butter, salt, eggs, and 1 cup of flour. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add the remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- For the filling, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add ¾ cup powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Reserve about ⅓ cup of this mixture for the icing.

- Roll out the dough on a greased surface into a rectangle about 10×15 inches.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then top with the strawberry mixture.
- Roll up the dough tightly and pinch the edge to seal.
- Cut the roll into 12 slices and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
- Remove the rolls from the refrigerator and let them rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 30–35 minutes, or until set in the middle. Cover with foil if they brown too quickly.
- For the icing, mix the reserved cream cheese mixture with ½ cup powdered sugar, milk, and a touch of vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.
