How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 package slider buns (12 rolls)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- Add the chopped peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the slider buns in half. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise on the buns.
- Add the beef and veggie mix on top.
- Place provolone cheese slices over the meat.
- Put the top half of the buns back on.
