How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the onions and green pepper until soft. Set aside.
  3. In a big bowl, mix the beef, pork, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and eggs.
  4. Add the cooked onions and peppers to the bowl and mix again.
  5. Spread half of the meat mix into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
  6. Add the shredded cheese in the middle.
