How to Make Baked Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a big bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and eggs.
  3. Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
