How to Make Mini Cherry Cheese Danishes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 can cherry pie filling
  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the crescent roll dough and lay it out flat. Press the seams together to form one large sheet.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares (about 2 inches).
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Put a small amount of cream cheese mixture in the center of each dough square.
  6. Add a small spoon of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.
  7. Fold the edges slightly, then place the danishes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
