How to Make Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 box of graham crackers, crushed
  • 6-8 waffle cones
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a pan, melt the butter and add the sliced peaches (with syrup), brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the peaches are soft and the syrup thickens.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water to make a smooth liquid. Add it to the peach mixture to make it thicker. Stir and cook for a few more minutes. Then remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in the whipped topping. Mix well until creamy.
  4. Take your waffle cones and dip the rims into the peach syrup, then roll them in crushed graham crackers for extra flavor.
  5. Fill each cone halfway with the cheesecake filling, add a spoonful of the peach mixture, then more cheesecake filling on top.
  6. Finally, top each cone with more peaches and crushed graham crackers. Serve right away or chill in the fridge for a bit before serving.
