How to Make Salisbury Steak Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
For the Gravy:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
