Ingredients:
- 1 (19 oz) bag of frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling water following the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
