Chicken, Sautéed Shrimp, Red Skin potatoes, Broccoli and a 3 cheese blend

Why Make This Recipe

This dish is a great choice when you want something tasty and filling. It mixes chicken and shrimp, which gives you the best of both worlds—tender meat and juicy seafood. The flavors go really well together and feel special, even though it’s easy to make.

Adding red skin potatoes and broccoli makes it a full meal. The potatoes are soft with a nice texture, and the broccoli gives it a fresh, healthy touch. It’s a great way to eat your veggies without feeling like you’re forcing it.

The cheese on top brings everything together. With a mix of three cheeses, the meal becomes creamy and extra delicious. It melts perfectly over the hot ingredients and gives that gooey, comforting finish that everyone loves.

How to Make Chicken, Sautéed Shrimp, Red Skin Potatoes, Broccoli, and a 3 Cheese Blend

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cups red skin potatoes (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded 3 cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red skin potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often until they start to soften.
  2. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook with the potatoes for another 5-7 minutes until both are tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the chicken chunks. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  5. Add the cooked potatoes and broccoli back into the skillet with the chicken and shrimp. Mix everything together well.
  6. Sprinkle the 3 cheese blend on top. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for a few minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
