How to Make Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of stew meat
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cups of water
- 3 1/2 cups of beef broth
- 1 (14.5 ounces) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounces) can of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 2 cups of chopped potatoes
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
