How to Make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:
- 10 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, shredded chicken, egg, 1 cup of mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the rest of the Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls.
