How to Make Keto Alice Springs Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Honey Mustard Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix all the honey mustard sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides of the chicken.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set it aside.
