How to Make Cowboy Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and garlic over medium heat. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain the fat.
