How to Make Mexican Taco Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches), cut in half
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain the grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a 13×9-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of salsa on the bottom.
