How to Make Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Paprika (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it sit for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs and cool them in cold water. Peel the shells off.
  4. Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.
  5. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  8. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
