  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion

  • 1 tbsp cooking sherry (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
