How to Make Smothered Cube Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 ½ pounds cube steak

- 1 packet onion gravy mix (prepared according to directions)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water as needed
