How to Make Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
