Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles as the package says. Drain them and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain the extra fat.
