How to Make Best Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Small bowl of water (for sealing edges)
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
- Add ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
