How to Make Wendy’s Copycat Chili (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 1 (29-ounce) can tomato purée
  • 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 medium-large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Break it up and cook until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
