How to Make Country Apple Fritter Bread
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 apples (peeled and chopped)
For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 3 teaspoons of milk (adjust to make it smooth)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
