How to Make Dorito Taco Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained (optional)
- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed a little
- 1 bottle Catalina dressing (or your favorite taco-style dressing)
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned.
- Drain the grease, then stir in the taco seasoning and a little water (follow package instructions). Simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, add the chopped lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and kidney beans.
- Add the seasoned taco meat to the bowl and mix well.
