How to Make Lemon Blueberry Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Zest of 2 lemons
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1½ cups fresh blueberries

- 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
