  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  3. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned. Drain the fat.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Slice the rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

  7. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  8. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
