How to Make Philly Cheese Steak Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef (or shaved steak)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or steak) until browned. Drain extra fat.
