How to Make Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers (any color), halved and seeds removed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream and chopped green onions (for topping, optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the halved bell peppers in a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain the fat and add the taco seasoning. Stir well.
