How to Make Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • Ingredients listed on cake mix box (usually water, oil, eggs)
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 pack of fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup crushed golden Oreos
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the vanilla cake mix as instructed on the box. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
