How to Make Instant Pot Cabbage, Sausage, and Potato Soup

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
