  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  4. Place the brisket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
