How to Make Crockpot Goulash
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions:
- First, brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain the fat.
- Add garlic and chopped onion to the beef. Cook for a few minutes until the onion is soft.
- Put the beef mixture into your crockpot.
- Add the water, beef broth, olive oil, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and all seasonings. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before it’s done, add the elbow macaroni. Stir and cover again.
- Once the pasta is soft, give it a final stir and serve hot.
