How to Make Salted Caramel Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of butter (softened)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1¾ cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- Sea salt (to sprinkle on top)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one and stir well.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mix and stir just until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan. Add half of the caramel sauce and lightly swirl it with a knife.
