How to make Broccoli Rice Chicken and Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1½ cups of the shredded cheese.
