Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine (optional, or use more broth)
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ¼ cup flour (mixed with ½ cup water to thicken)
- 4 round bread loaves (for serving)
Directions:
