How to Make Cowboy Meatloaf and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 1 (2.8 oz) can French Fried Onions
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce.
